Unit Establishment: Build and establish the CFO-as-a-Service unit from the ground up.
Managing Clients: You are the key account manager for your important customers.
CFO to our clients: Be the go-to CFO for key clients from day one.
Team Building: Recruit, manage, and mentor a dream team of financial wizards.
Strategy Development: Formulate and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability for the CFO-as-a-Service unit.
Client Management: Serve as the primary CFO for key clients, providing strategic financial guidance and support from day one.

🎓 Requirements

Experience: Previous experience as a CFO, business controller or similar, with a strong track record in financial leadership.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proven ability to build and grow a business unit or service line.
Client Focus: Strong track record of client acquisition and management.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
