We’re looking for a Chief Architect of AI Agent Teams who has mastered scaling operations for humans and is ready to apply that expertise to AI. Someone who can design the processes, protocols, and guidelines that enable intelligent agents to function as effective teams.

Think: scaling operations, but for AI instead of humans. BPMN diagrams, taxonomy structures, organizational hierarchies—these are like music to your ears. You see decision trees, agent teams, escalation flows, and smart self-correcting loops where others see chaos. You understand that mass production principles apply to AI workforces just as they do to human ones.

🧠 About the Role

You’ll build the infrastructure that enables AI agent teams to operate at scale. You’ll define how agents behave, collaborate, learn, and improve—creating the equivalent of training programs, SOPs, and organizational structures for AI workforces. Every process you build becomes code. Every educational guideline you create gets integrated into agent behavior.

You will:

  • Design and document end-to-end agent workflows: from task intake to delivery.
  • Create organizational structures for AI agent teams, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop training materials and educational content that AI agents can learn from.
  • Establish quality control processes and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Define how agent teams collaborate, escalate, verify, and adapt.
  • Map out when agents can operate autonomously vs. when they need human oversight.
  • Ship clear, scalable documentation.
